Patricia Erickson is a certified professional resume writer, career coach, and job search consultant with more than 12 years of experience in executive search, interview coaching and hiring. She works one-on-one with  clients to focus on making great impressions, getting interviews, and finding ideal jobs. She partners with clients to craft high impact resumes that work.

Patricia founded A Vita Career Management because she knows what it is like to have an awful boss and dread going to work. She understands what it is like to suffer with insomnia on Sunday nights thinking about yet another day in a terrible job. After losing countless hours of sleep and spending years fantasizing about bludgeoning her boss with a paper weight, Patricia established A Vita Career Management – because there had to be something more!

Patricia received a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University and is currently working on a MA in Organizational Management, HR. She is a graduate of Coach U’s Core Essentials program, attended Career Coach Institute’s Career Coaching program and is a Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach. She received the Certified Professional Resume Writer designation from the Professional Association of Resume Writers and is a long standing member of Career Director’s International.

    Dear Avita Career Management,

    I really like what you all are doing with the ACM blog. This is a great site for people seeking career resources.
